Hurray!! I love this time of year!! The manufacturers really treat us good with great coupons and sales! My Wilmington News Journal was delivered bright & early this morning with 2 coupon inserts tucked inside! I have reviewed the coupons and here are the highlights with my suggestions on when to use some of them.
